India is a rich source of minerals ,such as iron,mica,manganese and bauxite .Other minerals are also found here .

Iron- Found in Odisha ,Bihar,Jharkhand ,Andhra Pradesh,TamilN adu, Karnataka, Maharashtra, Goa.India has Iron's world's largest reserves (about 25 %).

Coal -Bihar ,West Bengal,Odisha,Madhya Pradesh,Maharashtra,Andhra Pradesh ,Assam.India's third largest producer .

Manganese - Odisha, Madhya Pradesh, Maharashtra, Gujrat ,Karnataka,Jharkhand ,Andhra Pradesh.India is third largest producer of Manganese in the world .

Mica - Jharkhand ,Rajasthan Andhra Pradesh ,Tamil Nadu.India has largest Mica reserves in the world .

Bauxite(Aluminium Ore) -Jharkhand ,Gujrat,Chhatisgarh,Tamil Nadu,Karnataka, Maharashtra Jammu and Kashmir ,Odisha .India is third largest producer of bauxite .

Crude Oil - Assam ,Tripura, Manipur, West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh, Kutchh,Maharshtra,Gujrat .

Gold - Karnataka ,Andhra Pradesh ..

Gypsum - Rajastha ,Jammu Kashmir and Tamilnadu.

Zinc - Andhra pradesh ,Gujrat ,Maharshtra ,Meghalya ,Tamil Nadu ,Orissa ,Sikkim ,Rajasthan .

Chromite -Odisha ,Jharkhand,Karnataka,TamilNadu ,Andhra Pradesh,Maharashtra , Manipur .

Dolomite - Madhya Pradesh ,Orissa , Gujrat ,Uttar Pradesh, Maharashtra ,West Bengal ,Arunachal Pradesh .

Diamond - Madhya Pradesh ,Bihar ,Orissa.
